New chef at Audley St Elphin's Park

Audley St. Elphin’s Park, has welcomed new Head Chef, Ray Moody, to the kitchen of the popular Orangery Restaurant and the bar/bistro.

Ray joins the St. Elphin’s Park team having spent the last few years at The Shoulder at Hardstoft Country Inn and Santos Higham Farm Hotel. This is where he perfected his culinary approach, blending the traditional with the modern, achieving a two rosette standard.

Since starting at Audley, Ray has introduced a new Restaurant and bistro menu using locally sourced suppliers and produce. In addition, he has developed a range of specialist artisan breads, baked daily, which are proving popular with village residents and Audley club members.

General Manager at Audley St. Elphin’s Park, Philippa Thompson, commented: “Ray is breathing new life into the food and atmosphere here at the Orangery Restaurant, creating exciting dishes with fresh, seasonal produce. We are confident visitors to the restaurant and bar/bistro will enjoy the new menus.”
