One visit was all I needed to make my decision

For over five years, Mrs Addison has happily called Audley Ellerslie in Malvern home. Having lived in the area for much of her life, she enjoyed the security, comfort, and lifestyle that Audley villages are known for.

But family is never far from the heart. While visiting her son and his family in Leeds one Saturday, Mrs Addison enjoyed lunch at Audley Scarcroft Park. It was during that first visit that she asked to see the sales team, viewed a property, and instantly knew: this was where her next chapter should begin.

After only two visits, her first lunch with family, followed by an overnight stay in our Experience Suite, her decision was made. Though she will always treasure her home and friendships at Ellerslie, Mrs Addison is eager to begin life at Scarcroft Park, closer to her loved ones.

Moving to a new area is never just about bricks and mortar. For Mrs Addison, the warm welcome from staff and homeowners at Scarcroft Park has already made her feel at home. She shared how excited she is to join the art class, explore the local community, and enjoy the convenience of excellent bus connections to Leeds and the pretty town of Wetherby – all new to her we might add.

Her stay in the Experience Suite also gave Mrs Addison the chance to picture her new life - imagining furniture in her spacious apartment – “the rooms seem vast!” - even planning a future breakfast bar. Every detail made the idea of her new home feel real and filled with possibility.

I feel I have already made some lovely new friends, and I am looking forward to joining the art class! … I was able to try out the bus service - to and from Leeds and to the pretty town of Wetherby. The buses were on time and very clean and modern. I am looking forward to things being finalised and hope that it won’t be too long before I call Audley Scarcroft Park my home.
