How to keep playing sports and exercising well in the third age
Join us for our second health talk with a My Specialist GP for an educational talk on how to keep active and enjoy physical exercise safely and pain-free as you get older. Dr Andrew Jackson MBBS, MRCGP, Post Grad Dip Sports and Ex med himself, will share practical advice on some common challenges that can affect our ability to stay active, along with solutions and new options to help you keep doing the things you enjoy, whatever your activity level.

Keeping active through activities such as golf, tennis and swimming not only supports your physical health but can also play an important role in maintaining positive mental wellbeing.
A keen golfer himself and Team Doctor for Harlequins Rugby, Dr Jackson is an experienced GP with a particular interest in general health and musculoskeletal (MSK) care, including joint injections for pain relief.The talk is free to attend and questions are welcome at the end of the 30 minute talk, with tea and coffee being served. Third Art and Craft Exhibition
You are invited to join us at Audley's Third Art and Craft Exhibition. On display will be artwork from our owner group, who have used a wide selection of mediums including watercolours, acrylic, oil, pastels, charcoal, printmaking, sculpture, collage, gouache, gels plates, mono printing, pen and ink and oil pastels. The subjects include portraiture, still life, a variety of different artists, outdoors painting, gallery visits and more.
