Join us for a relaxed and engaging afternoon celebrating the craft of English wine. Nick and Mary Hill, owners of the local 8,500-vine vineyard, Foxford, will share the story behind their beautiful Hampshire site, offer insight into the growing English wine industry, and explain how they use the traditional Champagne method to produce their wines.
There will also be the opportunity to ask questions before enjoying a tasting of Foxford’s 2022 Classic Cuvée sparkling wine, alongside an English red and white from another local vineyard. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of Hampshire cheeses, creating the perfect setting to savour exceptional English wines in good company.
