Audley Binswood employees Carl Collier, Anne Forde and Jeanette Argyle have all received recognition for their outstanding contributions at Audley Villages’ annual awards ceremony.

Carl Collier was presented with the ‘Back of House’ award in recognition of his hard work, positivity and drive to perform above expectations at the luxury retirement village in Royal Leamington Spa. Anne Forde was announced as ‘Care Star of the Year’ for the second year in a row, confirming her as a brilliant ambassador of the care sector and of Audley. Lastly, Jeanette Argyle’s dedication and enthusiasm led to her being announced ‘Hospitality Star’ at the event.

Carl, Maintenance Operative, said: “I’m honoured to have won this award in recognition of my work at Audley Binswood. I look forward to continuing my career here, with the people I work with and the variety in the job making it so rewarding.”

Anne, Personal Care Assistant, said: “I’m so pleased that my hard work has been acknowledged. This award is a group effort that shows all we have achieved as a team. Excellent training and ongoing support at Audley Care teaches us to go over and above just being a ‘carer’.”

Jeanette, Receptionist, said: “I feel very proud to be named Hospitality Star of the Year at this year’s Audley Awards. Working at Audley Binswood is really enjoyable and I look forward to the year that lies ahead.”

Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley Retirement Villages commented: “It has been another fantastic year for Audley employees. We’re delighted with the work the team at Binswood has done this year and these awards are a perfect recognition of the hard effort and skill that they put in for both our owners and members of the wider community.

“Our outstanding employees are at the heart and soul of our villages, and work continuously to make sure the best possible service is provided. At Audley, we always aim to recruit from the local community and look forward to welcoming new employees to the team over the coming year.”
