The Owner's App

We are currently looking at enhancing the experience and content on our Apps so the current versions will be out of action for a short time. All updates will still be available via your Reception team and you'll still be able to log in to Smoothbook to book or amend classes.

Please leave a review

We would sincerely appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to write a review on Trustpilot for Audley Villages or on Google for your village.

We have an Audley Villages page on Trustpilot where owners and prospective owners can share their experiences of any Audley village.

You can leave a review for your village on Google. Simply type in the full name of the village into a Google search (eg "Audley St George's Place"), then click reviews to add yours.

The Audley Foundation

The Audley Foundation

Thank you to everyone who played a part in fundraising during Foundation Week.

Through the launch of The Audley Foundation, an independent charity, Audley will now have a platform that will enable it collectively to organise and link it to causes that are near and dear to the communities it serves including village owners, community customers and team members. As part of its social responsibility, it continually aims to have a positive impact on those communities in which it lives and works.

As an owner you will see fundraising efforts happening in and around your village, with many staff getting involved.

Easy Fundraising

There are many ways to support the Audley Foundation at little or no extra cost to you, and one of the simplest is to register with easyfundraising, a free fundraising platform that allows us to earn when you shop online at over 7,000 brands. It’s a great way for you to support us without it costing you a penny.

Fire Safety Information Pack

Please find below the Fire Safety Information Pack. Under the new Fire Safety Act 2021 this must be distributed to all owners and will be circulated annually thereafter.

Please take the time to read this document. Your General Manager can provide you with a printed copy if required.

Towards the rear of the document (page 14 onwards) is the Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP). This questionnaire should only be completed if you feel that you would need assistance in the event of emergency / evacuation. Please print and complete the questionnaire section of the document, providing as much information as you can, to enable Audley Group to develop a suitable plan. Again, your General Manager can provide a printed copy as needed.

As mentioned in recent Fire Safety Talks by our Health & Safety Officer Ian Revell, we will shortly be sharing invitations for a new Owner’s fire safety steering group at each village.

Owner's Satisfaction Survey

Thank you to all who took the time to submit your feedback in the annual survey.

We will use the feedback you provided to shape your village for 2023 and beyond, so thank you for your time.

And thank you of course to all of you for making our villages the wonderful places they are to live.

Supporting our Earth

At Audley Group we have started to plant trees around the world to aid reforestation programmes. We work with a fantastic organisation called Ecologi which works globally to help fund reforestation projects.

We have purchased 5,000 trees, one for each of our owners and then some! Read more about how you can contribute and make sustainable changes in your daily life.
