Experience a luxury retirement village

Of the many retirement living options in the UK, luxury retirement villages are one of the less understood. We invited Suzi Grant @alternativeageing to visit Nightingale Place, our luxury retirement village in Clapham for her personal opinion on the experience.

What is a retirement village?

Retirement villages offer independence with flexibility for people aged 55 or older, whether your’re completely self-sufficient or in need of support.

The best retirement villages in the UK are designed to feel like real local communities. Many are built around a central building with facilities including restaurant, bistro, bar, spa, swimming pool, library and more wellbeing facilities.

Why Audley?

At Audley you can live the life you love, keep your highly valued independence and own your own luxury property - beautifully designed and built and decorated to the highest standard. Because when you've worked hard to become the person you are today, we believe you shouldn't have to change your lifestyle when you retire.

We look after the maintenance and security of your property and the grounds, leaving you free to explore the stunning landscaped gardens, enjoy fine dining in our restaurant, indulge in some pampering or keep up your love of travel knowing your home is safe and sound.

Arrange a visit

Would you like to visit one of our villages to experience the lifestyle first hand? You are welcome to arrange a visit to any of our luxury retirement villages to sample the lifestyle and facilities, view the show apartment and perhaps even available properties. Our team can provide answers to any questions you have and you are of course welcome to bring along a friend or family member for your tour.

For villages which are opening soon (Wycliffe ParkSunningdale Park and Fairmile) there is limited access to facilities during the final stages of construction.
