Audley Spirit Awards 2023

The Audley Spirit Awards were created to recognise people from all across the business, from team members to team leaders, who keep our villages running smoothly and help our owners to live better for longer. This year the event took place on 15th November in the West Midlands. And wow, what an event that was.

This year, over 100 guests were in attendance - General Managers, the senior leadership team, award finalists and, of course, the winners!

Hosted by Sian Hammer and Ross Mounsey (they're booked for The Oscars next year!), the event was bolder, louder, more upbeat, and more energetic than ever. And with more sparkle than has every been seen before. Sequins are apparently this season's must-have!

Team members celebrated in style, with delicious food and drink, immersed in music through the decades (credit to the remarkable band!), and there was no shortage of audience participation. A highlight was undoubtedly Kevin Airs showcasing his hidden talents as a compère - a truly dazzling performance (and that was just his suit), Kevin Hudson donning a ski-jumping suit to make the point that our exceptional team really have gone "above and beyond", and the flash-mob-style performance by GMs and the senior team.

A genuinely outrageously fun event, recognising the amazing individuals and teams who have made such a difference this year. The culmination of hard work and an incredible year.
