On Thursday 3rd November team members, directors and property owners gathered together to celebrate the Audley Spirit Awards 2022.
The Audley Spirit Awards have been designed to recognise people from all across the business, from team members to team leaders, those who keep our villages running smoothly, to our sales teams and our carers.
Teams and individuals across the Audley Group have gone above and beyond to engage with our owners and customers in local communities. We are an organisation that is about people caring for people and we are immensely proud of the way each team member has stepped up to meet the daily ongoing challenges.

You have the grateful thanks of all of us for achieving such high standards and continuing to make our Audley and Mayfield villages the best that they can be.
This year has been a year of transition, with everyone learning and gaining a new confidence with our new normal. The efforts that have been made by all to embed the Audley Group culture is clear.
The dedication, interaction and achievements are outstanding. The Audley Spirit Awards are an opportunity to express our gratitude and recognise our high achievers and I am delighted to be part of the first in-person recognition event. Well done and congratulations to all of our winners.
