Welcome to your Owners area

You may notice that the website looks a little different. We have recently upgraded to a new platform as we strive towards offering you more information online and a better user experience on this website. Your Owner's Apps were upgraded earlier this year too. We hope you like the changes and we will keep you informed as we develop the website further.

If you have missed any of the recent updates from senior management, you can find these in your app.

Please direct any questions to your General Manager or team in the village.

Please leave a review

We would sincerely appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to write a review on Trustpilot for Audley Villages or on Google for your village.

We have an Audley Villages page on Trustpilot where owners and prospective owners can share their experiences of any Audley village.

You can leave a review for your village on Google. Simply type in the full name of the village into a Google search (eg: 'Audley St George's Place') and then click on reviews to add your review.

Extreme Heat Warning

The Met Office has for the first time issued a red extreme heat warning for parts of England next week meaning a risk to life is likely as temperatures could hit 40C (104F). Night time temperatures in some areas will not drop below 25C. The red warning is in place on Monday and Tuesday of next week and covers London, the Southeast, the Midlands and goes as far north as Manchester and York. An amber warning has been issued for all other areas.

The Audley Foundation

Through the launch of The Audley Foundation, an independent charity, Audley will now have a platform that will enable it collectively to organise and link it to causes that are near and dear to the communities it serves including village owners, community customers and team members. As part of its social responsibility, it continually aims to have a positive impact on those communities in which it lives and works.

As an owner you will see fundraising efforts happening in and around your village, with many staff getting involved.

Coffee and Chat Corner

The Coffee & Chat Corner is a new Audley support service available to owners.

If you are feeling lonely and would like someone to talk to, you can call one of our owner volunteers or arrange to meet face-to-face for a coffee. It’s a great way to meet new people too. Audley owner volunteers include

Owners to talk to.

  • Mrs Linda Lloyd-Jenkins, Redwood
  • Mr Tony Pike, Chalfont Dene
  • Mr Ted Shaw, Inglewood
  • Mrs Liang Wong, Nightingale Place
  • Dr Arthur Ian Tiffin and Mrs Pat Tiffin, Stanbridge Earls
  • Mrs Hazel Jennings, St George’s Place
  • Mrs Dominique Moat, Ellerslie
  • Mrs Miki Lund, Inglewood

To make contact with a volunteer simply request their contact details from your General Manager. If you would like to find out more about becoming a volunteer, please register your interest by clicking the button below.

Springtime at Audley

Thank you to everyone for joining us on a virtual exploration of flora and fauna over March, April and May. Your contributions of photographs, videos and competition entries themed around wildlife, landscapes and plants have been a delight to receive. This may have been the best Audley Springtime yet and we look forward to more next year.

And please feel free to share any photographs throughout the year - we'll continue to share your photos on our website and social media.

We have purchased 5,000 trees, one for each of our owners and then some! Read more about how you can contribute and make sustainable changes in your daily life.

Technology support

Diagnosing and troubleshooting technology issues can be challenging, especially if it's all new to you. As a first port of call, take a look at our technology guides to help.

Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Facebook video calling are some of the more popular technologies being used to keep in touch with friends, family and colleagues.

Thank you to all who completed the annual satisfaction survey. We will use the feedback you provided to shape your village for 2022 and beyond, so thank you for your time.
