We are proud to announce that Audley Villages has been named as one of The Telegraph's Great British Businesses, featured in their online documentary series. The video can be viewed via the link below or on the Telegraph's dedicated Great British Business website, where you can see other business who are changing the landscape within their business sector. Audley Villages has been chosen as the Great British Business within the retirement living sector.
Audley Group Chief Executive, Nick Sanderson, was inspired to create the first UK luxury retirement village when he saw “an opportunity to improve the quality of residential care”. He opened Beaumont Healthcare at the age of 22 and was thereafter inspired to create the luxury Audley Villages brand we know today.
Irrespective of age, people are keen to remain independent for as long as possible, and many older people often enjoy a particularly active and social lifestyle during retirement. At Audley Villages, we provide an option for people to live in luxury properties, without compromising their lifestyle or their independence.
As well as the exceptional standard of the apartments and houses themselves, each village is built in the style of a boutique hotel, with the Audley Club at its heart, offering facilities including a restaurant, bar/bistro, library, a health club and swimming pool. In addition, dedicated Audley Care teams are on hand to support property owners' needs, offering services ranging from physiotherapy and grocery shopping right through to 24 hour care. Audley Care teams are well respected in the local area, also providing care in the community at many locations.
Audley Group is expanding and we have recently launched a new brand, Mayfield Villages, to meet the needs of customers in the mid-market. With many retired UK property owners considering downsizing, yet a shortage of properties to move into, there is a continued demand for more Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages.
