If you would rather stay closer to home let us give you account credit against living at Audley. This contributes to your monthly management fee, eating in the restaurant and having a drink at the bar. Or if you would prefer, we could give you credit towards Audley Care costs, including housekeeping services.

Audley Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions:

  • The prospective owner must make known to the sales team the name of the current owner who recommended Audley on first contact.
  • Both the new owner and the owner who recommended Audley should complete a referral form with the Sales Team stating the reward chosen from the four in this booklet.
  • One reward per household for every new property sold via recommendation.
  • Offer valid to all Audley owners in all villages regardless of which village the new owner purchases at.
  • These offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Offer not available on retrospective property sales.
  • The referral must be stated on the Sales Paperwork of the new purchase.
  • The Customer being referred must not already be known to Audley.
