A monthly management charge and deferred management fee apply to all properties sold in an Audley village. At Cooper's Hill we offer two flexible options when purchasing your new property (please note, this may vary for a resale property). Option 1 includes a higher monthly management fee but a lower deferred management charge when the time comes to resell your property. Option 2 includes a lower monthly fee, with a high deferred charge at the time of reselling:
- a monthly management fee of £1,320.67 and a deferred management charge of 1% per year or part-year up to a maximum of 15 years (15%) applies when choosing Option 1.
- a monthly management fee of £727.62 and a deferred management charge of 2% per year or part-year up to a maximum of 15 years (30%) apply when choosing Option 2.

How it works
When buying a retirement property
You buy and own your home, in a beautiful and secure environment. Plus, you have the added luxury of having your gardens and property maintained for you. Each retirement property in one of our villages is sold with a lease of up to 250 years (length of lease varies by village). A monthly management fee and deferred management charge apply to all properties. For properties being sold by an Audley owner or where Audley is acting as an agent for the vendor, a monthly ground rent may be charged.
