Audley Chalfont Dene retirement village consists of 84 properties, created to reflect the traditional Arts & Crafts build character of the Chilterns. Our now-completed final phase offers 58 brand new houses and apartments. The land, formerly home to the NSE epilepsy charity, has been developed to our impeccable standards with cottages and apartments situated in a beautifully landscaped environment.
