Planned new development
In May 2023, Tandridge District Council resolved to grant permission for a new integrated retirement community on a 15 acre stretch of land in Lingfield, Surrey. In January 2025 Audley Group completed on the new site in Lingfield, to house 152-specialist retirement properties, with a restaurant, spa, gym and wellness studio at the heart of the village.
At Audley Lingfield Grange, property owners will be invited to live an independent lifestyle in a beautiful and secure environment, with health and wellbeing facilities and services on site, including a restaurant, fitness studio, gym, swimming pool and library.
