Explore Devon

Flete House is located in the village of Holbeton, nine miles east of Plymouth by the River Erme. This part of south-west Devon, nown as the South Hams, contains some of the most unspoilt coastline on the South Coast. The entire coast, along with the lower Avon and Dart Valleys, form most of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Holbeton is a peaceful village with a population under 1,000 and a number of thatched and stone cottages.

Attractions in the South Hams district include Totnes Castle and the South Devon Railway, while towns such as Dartmouth and Salcombe are famous for seafood and offer award-winning restaurants.
