Remove from database

  • To remove someone from all Audley and direct mail databases so they no longer receive information from us, please submit the form below.
  • The form updates Salesforce and will mark the contact as DO NOT CONTACT.
  • It will also be followed up to update external data sources. Advise the customer that this could take up to 6 weeks so they could receive one more mailer.
  • Enter as much detail as possible to ensure we can find their record.
  • Ask the customer if they want to unsubscribe to only POST / EMAIL / SMS or all two or three?
  • TICK the box if the customer DOES NOT want to receive info any longer. Note: Many people are happy to receive email but would prefer not to be contacted any other way.






We would appreciate your telephone number in case there are any queries on the details of your request. This will also ensure that we can unsubscribe you from mobile communications if you tick the box below.










If you have received something in the post from us, please type the unique reference number as shown on the letter, to help us to find your details.













 

 

Next steps to advise the customer:

  • We will review the details you have submitted within 24 hours and remove any corresponding details from our database.
  • Please note that we do plan our marketing mailshots up to six weeks in advance so you may possibly receive one more mailer from us.
  • We will only make contact with you if you have requested this or if we require further information from you to fulfil your request today.
  • Please note, you can unsubscribe directly from email by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the last email we sent you.
