Situated in the Norman Shaw wing facing East and South built in the 1870s, this one bed property benefits from its own entrance. This dual-aspect apartment is spacious, sunny, tranquil and convenient. Please note that due to the listed status of Flete House there is no swimming pool or health club available at this village.

Set deep in the rolling hills of South Hams in Devon, Flete House overlooks the attractive Erme Estuary and the Dartmoor National Park. For shops, you are close to the picturesque town of Modbury, the bustling town of Ivybridge and the city of Plymouth. 

With its convenient Terrace entrance via a side door from the grounds, or via the main entrance, the apartment is approached through a small alcove and oak panelled door to: 

SITTING/DINING ROOM 6.40m(21'0") x 6.32m(20'9") This beautifully proportioned room is oak panelled to picture rail level with a fine plaster ceiling depicting Tudor roses entwined in a geometric design. Granite mullion windows give wonderful views to the south-east and south-west, with working shutters; morning, afternoon and late evening sun filters in from the windows, two windows have seats with heating below. There are lovely views across the magnificent gardens to the countryside beyond, also far reaching views over a large terrace and the tennis and croquet courts.
