A growing team at Audley Chalfont Dene
As we get closer to the launch of Audley Chalfont Dene, we’re now welcoming more village staff to the team. Following a successful recruitment open day in Gerrards Cross, we have now confirmed appointments filled for the village’s Care Branch Manager, Facilities Manager, Club Supervisor and Head Chef.
Laura Francis, Care Branch Manager, has joined the Audley Care team at Chalfont Dene following a successful 2 years with Audley. Having joined the company in 2012 as a Care Supervisor, Laura rose through the ranks taking the role of Branch Manager at Audley Care Darley Dale in Derbyshire, before taking on the challenge of starting up the new branch in Chalfont St Peter.
Andy Britton, Head Chef at the Lytton Restaurant at Chalfont Dene began his culinary career in London at Mayfair’s Connaught hotel cooking for the Queen and Princess Diana. Since then, Andy has worked in other prestigious restaurants in London, Kent, and in his home town of Greenford as part of the opening team for the 3AA Rosette awarded Collette’s at the Grove near to Chalfont Dene. Andy’s most recent role was at Wentworth golf club where he spent the last 4 years creating culinary masterpieces for members and guests from all over the world, including Prince Edward.
Matt Haynes, Facilities Manager, brings with him 10 years of experience working for many high profile companies such as Worley Parsons, Abbott Laboratories and Brentford FC. He has always lived locally to Chalfont Dene and looks forward to starting work at the new village when the first properties are completed in a few weeks’ time.
