Celebrations as Construction for the Final Stage of Audley Inglewood Begins
Richard Benyon, MP for Newbury in West Berkshire and Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley, have officially broken ground ahead of schedule on the third phase of development at Audley Inglewood, the luxury retirement village.
The third phase will see the development of Eaton Mews and Lime Tree Court which will be farm house style cottages and apartments located in the grounds behind Inglewood House. The first apartments will be ready for sale in winter 2015, with the remaining properties becoming available in early 2016.
Richard Benyon MP, said: “It’s fantastic to see this final phase of development of Audley Inglewood begin. It is already a thriving community, I am looking forward to seeing it reach its completion and welcoming new owners to Audley Inglewood.”

We are delighted to have brought the development of this phase forward following the success of selling all but three properties of phases one and two. Audley Inglewood is centred around the eighteenth century manor house, Inglewood House, which has a long and fascinating history, including being a private home and Catholic seminary. It is now home to the Audley Club and offers both owners and members of the local community a sumptuous restaurant, bar/bistro, swimming pool and health & wellbeing centre. The development of the 24 two-bedroomed apartments and nine two-bedroomed cottages will bring the total number of properties within the village to 91.
