Audley St George's Place officially unveiled
At an opening ceremony attended by more than 100 guests, Audley St George’s Place was officially revealed. Audley owners and members of the local community came together to celebrate this key milestone in the development with a champagne lunch.
After a long renovation process, St George's House has now been returned to its former glory, resulting in a stunning addition to the Edgbaston area.
Situated just a short distance from Birmingham’s shops, restaurants and galleries, the village enables owners to enjoy all the benefits of Birmingham’s bustling and cultural city centre, while offering a beautiful and secure environment to live in.
Once complete, the village will be home to a mix of one, two and three bed apartments and cottages offering luxury facilities including a swimming pool, library, restaurant, bar/bistro and spa, which will be accessible to both owners and the neighbouring communities.
Lord Mayor of Birmingham Cllr Anne Underwood, said: “It was a pleasure to officially open the new Audley village in Edgbaston - my first engagement as the Lord Mayor of Birmingham. I’d like to welcome Nick Sanderson and the Audley team to our vibrant community – I’m sure the new property owners will be very happy here.”
Nick Sanderson, CEO Audley Retirement, said: “We are immensely proud to open Audley St George’s Place to a new generation of owners and the surrounding community of Edgbaston. Audley’s proposition is based, first and foremost, on what our customers want, ensuring they can live independently and on their own terms. Audley allows people to make the most of their independence with the knowledge that care is there should they need it.”
