Audley Clevedon celebrated afternoon tea

Afternoon Tea Week took place across the UK last week with themed menus and offers available from 10th-16th August. From five-star hotels to castles and stately homes, luxury department stores to double decker buses, there was something going on in every region of the UK.

Audley property owners and the wider community could partake in the week at Audley Clevedon by sampling a specially designed menu at The Clevedon Restaurant, situated in Clevedon House. Head Chef, Stuart Dixon, designed a special set menu which incorporated some of the finest seasonal ingredients from a wide variety of local suppliers. Dishes included classics such as finger sandwiches, Braeburn apple and sage sausage rolls, homemade patisseries and fruit scones served with local Yorkshire clotted cream.
